Mike Passilla recently retired from his role as Vice Chairman of Commerce Solutions at JPMorgan Chase & Co., a role that he stepped into in 2016 following three years as Chief Executive Officer of Merchant Services at Chase Paymentech Solutions, LLC and JPMorgan Chase & Co.. He has more than 23 years of sales, marketing, and consulting experience in building winning sales organizations and optimizing marketing relations.

Prior to his time at JPMC, Mike was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Elavon, Inc., a global payments processing firm. He was promoted to CEO from earlier leadership roles within the company, including time spent as an Executive Vice President of Global Business Development.

Earlier in his career, Mike held leadership positions at Inforte Corp., including Head of Business Intelligence Practice and Executive Vice President of North America. He joined Inforte Corp. in 1999 and was General Manager of its largest business unit, Media, Entertainment, Communications & Services (MECS) before stepping into his later roles. Prior to Inforte, he spent time at CSC Index, Pepsi, IBM, and the Walt Disney Company. He served as Chairman of the board of bConnected, a software company focused on improving the quality and efficiency of health care.

Mike is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and earned an MBA from The J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
