Louis Rajczi joined Forté Ventures in 2012 and serves as a Partner and member of the firm's Investment Committee. For over 25 years, Louis has held a variety of executive positions with global corporations in engineering, product management, marketing, business and corporate development in North America and Europe.

From 1998-2007, Louis was Vice President and Investment Partner with Siemens Venture Capital, the $850 million venture capital arm of Siemens AG (NYSE: SI), where he managed investment activity within the Siemens Communications Fund. His primary responsibilities were to identify, invest in and manage opportunities strategic to Siemens in the following areas: Mobile Network Infrastructure, Mobile Devices, Fixed Mobile Convergence and Enterprise Communications.

Prior to Siemens Venture Capital, Louis was a Director in the Chief Technology Office of Siemens in the Information and Communications Mobile division in Munich, Germany. Prior to Siemens, Louis worked with Nortel Networks where he held a variety of operational and management positions in engineering and business development (U.S. and Canada).

Louis has extensive operational experience with both Fortune 500 and venture-backed startup companies in the digital media, intelligent infrastructure, security and telecommunications sectors. Recent projects include serving as Senior Vice President of Business Development at TaDa Innovations, an early-stage company focused on next generation triple-play services emphasizing live, recorded and on-demand television delivery over IP networks.

Previous projects have included NorthPeak Enterprises (CEO), Alloptic (EVP Corporate Development), Arcapita Ventures, Beamreach Networks (VP Marketing & Business Development) Carina Technology, Civitium, Intelleflex (VP Business Development), Time Domain, TowerSource and EarthLink Municipal Networks.

Louis currently serves as a Board Director or Observer at Car IQ, Element Analytics, Urgent.ly, Algolux, FogHorn, K4Connect, and TidalScale. He previously served as a Board Director at Ushr (acquired by Dynamic Map Platform), Stella Connect (acquired by Medallia), IntelliVision (acquired by Nortek Security & Control), Global Locate, Inc. (acquired by Broadcom), Telesym, Chantry Networks (acquired by Siemens) and Time Domain Corporation.

Louis received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.
