Michael B. Boyle


Mike Boyle is an innovative senior executive with over 30 years of experience at Fortune 125 companies in multiple industries including Insurance, Banking, Brokerage and Investment Banking industries. He has worked in the U.S., Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. In addition to his role as Executive Advisor at Forté Ventures, he serves as a Senior Advisor at Eleven Canterbury, an international consultancy with a large team of senior executives from the world's most prominent organizations. He is also the CEO of Perseus Technical Strategies LLC.

As the CIO of Aflac, Mike was responsible for implementing strategic initiatives focused on driving $1B in annual sales and $4.9B in annual revenue, including deploying new platforms to enhance the company's capabilities in Customer Relationship Management, agent & broker web sites, data analytics, Investments Risk Management, and the global deployment and integration of SAP Financials for the U.S. and Japan.

As the CIO of Allstate, Mike was Head of Back Office Operations for the Financial Services arm of Allstate where he led a large scale team delivering technology, contact centers, back office processing, compensation processing, and other critical functions in support of the firms Life Insurance, Annuity, Banking, and Broker Dealer businesses across multiple distribution channels. He served on the Board of Directors of Allstate Life Insurance Company, Allstate Life Insurance Company of NY and Allstate Northern Ireland. He also served six years on the Board of Directors of the MIB Group, Inc.

Prior to Allstate, Mike served as Managing Director, CIO and the Head of Back Office Operations for Robertson Stephens and previously served 14 years at Merrill Lynch where he held leadership positions in applications development, data center management, back office operations, M&A due diligence and post-merger integration. He supported Merrill's Private Client, Capital Markets, Research and Investment Banking Divisions. In his final two years with Merrill Lynch, he was based in London as the Director of Technology for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, managing teams that supported the technical infrastructure to run the firms Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Research, Back Office operations, Equity and Debt Markets trading floors in the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, and South Africa.

Mike earned a Bachelors degree from the University of South Carolina in Economics with a minor in Philosophy.
